Poland, Oct. 3 -- Two years after acquiring the Polish aluminium recycling company Alumetal S.A., Hydro has decided to finalize the integration process and rebrand Alumetal's plants in Poland and Hungary. By presenting one face to the market, Hydro aims to take a leading role in the European foundry alloy segment.The full integration and rebranding of Alumetal is a strategic move that will enable Norwegian aluminium and renewable energy company Hydro to capitalize on new commercial opportunities with a unified presence in the market.
