United States, Dec. 5 -- Huntington Ingalls Inc., Pascagoula, Mississippi, is awarded a cost type modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-18-C-2307) for shipyard infrastructure investments at the shipyards and supporting a distributed shipbuilding model. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by December 2033. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
