Germany, April 30 -- After a construction period of around two years, HOCHTIEF and the building services consortium WTC Fest have handed over the modern A330 laboratory building to BASF Schwarzheide GmbH on schedule. The official handover of the keys marks an important milestone for BASF at its traditional site in Lusatia.The new building stands for state-of-the-art technology and excellent cooperation between all parties involved. For the first time at this location, an air-to-water heat pump with concrete core activation is being used for an efficient energy supply.
