United States, July 17 -- JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of Woodlands Light Manufacturing Center, two industrial facilities totaling 289,847 square feet located at 800 and 875 Woodlands Parkway in Vernon Hills, Illinois.JLL represented High Street Logistics Properties, which sold the property to Centaur Capital Partners and Talos Capital LLC.The two-building industrial complex features 140,000 square feet at 800 Woodlands Parkway and 149,847 square feet at 875 Woodlands Parkway. Both facilities are fully leased to Kanaflex Corporation.
