Finland, March 13 -- YIT is starting the construction of the self-developed Asunto Oy Espoon Seaside project in Keilaniemi, Espoo. The 15-storey residential building will have a total of 83 homes. The value of the project is approximately EUR 50 million. Construction will begin in March, and the project is due to be finished by the end of 2026.The apartments in Espoo Seaside have floor areas of 48-118.5 square metres. The residents will have access to shared workspaces, a lounge and sauna facilities with terraces with a view to the sea and the seaside promenade.
