Germany, Dec. 23 -- Germany based Hermann GmbH Maschinenbautechnologie has secured contract from Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG for Harbor construction works - modernization and repair of the Emden large sea lock - lot 4 - undercarriage. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
