United States, Sept. 18 -- Harper Construction Co. Inc., San Diego, California, was awarded a $132,632,039 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a KC-46A Two-Bay Maintenance/Fuel Cell Hangar. The amount of this action is $132,632,039 with a total cumulative face value of $134,447,477. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed at March Air Reserve Base, California, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 17, 2028. Fiscal 2024 military construction, Air Force Reserve funds in the amount of $132,632,039 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is the contracting activity (W912QR-25-C-0022).
