Japan, Oct. 29 -- A funding proposal submitted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to Green Climate Fund (GCF) in collaboration with Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) for "Lao People's Democratic Republic: REDD+ Results-based Payments for results period [2015 - 2018] - Governance, Forest Landscapes and Livelihoods - Southern Laos Project (GFLL-SL)" was approved at the 43rd GCF Board Meeting held in the Republic of Korea on October 29.
