United States, Feb. 5 -- General Dynamics Mission Systems, Taunton, Massachusetts, was awarded a $21,543,345 fixed-price incentive modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-21-C-6425) to exercise options for Hammerhead mine system assets. Work will be performed in Taunton, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by January 2027. Fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $21,543,345 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
