				United States, Aug. 27 -- General Dynamics Information Technology, Falls Church, Virginia, is awarded a $98,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00039-25-D-7800) to accomplish the following: to continue providing service desk as a service as the managed service provider using a knowledge-based solution, employing artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing; to continue consolidating all remaining disparate Tier zero and one IT help desks and transition them under the Naval Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) infrastructure; and to continue building out capabilities to enhance the NESD solution.
