Spain, Aug. 11 -- Spain based Fundacion Pioneros has secured contract from Gobierno de La Rioja for Probation Services - Execution Service of Measures in Open Medium and Social Reintegration of Minors regulated in Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, regulating the criminal responsibility of minors. The value of the contract is worth 46695000 EUR.
