France, Jan. 14 -- France based FLASH ENERGIES has secured contract from GRAND PORT MARITIME DE DUNKERQUE for Installation of gates - Framework agreement for installation and maintenance work (preventive, curative and improvement) on the gates of the Port of Dunkirk.
