United States, Sept. 19 -- Far West Contractors Corp., Placenta, California, was awarded an $18,995,287 firm-fixed-price contract for design-bid-build construction services. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work will be performed in Porterville, California, with an estimated completion date of March 13, 2027. Fiscal 2023, 2024, and 2025 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $18,995,287 were obligated at the time of the award.
