Facility Services Management Inc. awarded $20,345,176 contract

United States, Feb. 5 -- Facility Services Management Inc., Clarksville, Tennessee, was awarded a $20,345,176 modification (P00020) to contract W91278-23-C-0016 to exercise Option Year Two for operations and maintenance services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $65,868,642. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 8, 2027. Fiscal 2026 Defense Health Program, Defense funds in the amount of $20,345,176 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is the contracting activity.
