Germany, Oct. 28 -- Evonik utilized the shutdown of the methionine facilities in September and October at its Antwerp production site to modernize the logistics infrastructure for MetAMINO(R) (DL-methionine). A new filling installation and an expanded storage area for big bags increase Evonik's flexibility to provide customers with their preferred packaging. The updates improve occupational safety and contribute to global supply security for MetAMINO(R). Apart from big bags (1,000 kilogram), MetAMINO(R) from Antwerp is available in 25-kilogram bags and as bulk material.
