Japan, Sept. 18 -- Seiko Epson Corporation signed four Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with the Government of Senegal and African private enterprises during the 9th Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9), held from August 20 to 22 at Pacifico Yokohama in Kanagawa, Japan.
