Spain, June 11 -- Spain based ELECTRON MEC SRL has secured contract from Presidencia de la Agencia Estatal Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Cientificas, M.P. for Microelectronic Machinery and Aparatus - Supply, installation and implementing an ICP -RIE system (inductively coupled plasma - reactive ethching) for the dry attack by plasma of various materials for the Institute of Micro and Nanotechnology of the State Agency Higher Council for Scientific Research. The value of the contract is worth 64900000 EUR.
