Czechia, May 26 -- The European Investment Bank (EIB) is teaming up with Czech bank ?eska spo?itelna to increase the number of affordable homes in the capital Prague, marking a first-of-its-kind housing initiative in the country. The EIB will finance part of the project, which aims to build more than 700 apartments in Prague for public-sector workers.The EIB is providing ?eska spo?itelna with a loan of up to €60 million - almost a third of the total project cost of €187.5 million.
