Spain, July 14 -- Spain based ECM TECHNOLOGIES has secured contract from Rectorado de la Universitat Politecnica de Valencia for Microelectronic Machinery and Aparatus - Acquisition of a multisystem for the deposit of dielectric layers (oxides and nitrides) and oxidation (silicon). The value of the contract is worth 97995000 EUR.
