France, Jan. 9 -- France based EBSCO INFORMATION SERVICES SAS has secured contract from Universite de Lorraine for Newspapers, journals, periodicals and magazines - Framework agreement in grouping of orders relating to the supply of French and foreign periodicals in paper and electronic formats and digital resources.
