Bulgaria, June 9 -- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has teamed up with ProCredit Bank Bulgaria EAD (PCBB), a commercial bank operating in Bulgaria and Greece and a key player in financing small- and medium-sized enterprises, to provide a €14 million portfolio guarantee under the European Union's InvestEU programme.The guarantee will support PCBB to expand new lending to finance green investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy across industry sectors in Bulgaria and Greece.
