EBRD boosts wind power generation in Turkiye
Turkey, Dec. 22 -- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is advancing Turkiye's green transition by lending US$ 200 million (€172 million) to Enerjisa Enerji Uretim A.?. (Enerjisa Uretim).The Bank's support will enable the construction of 250 MW of wind power plants in Mu?la, as part of the 1 GW Enerjisa Uretim wind project portfolio.The landmark project will generate approximately 630 GWh of green electricity annually and avoid around 221,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
