United States, Dec. 17 -- JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of the Tampa Infill Logistics Portfolio, a 492,957-square-foot small bay industrial complex comprising nine buildings across two synergistic parks in Tampa, Florida.JLL represented the seller to complete the sale to East Capital Partners. Working on behalf of the new owner, JLL also arranged the acquisition financing.The portfolio consists of Adamo Distribution Center and Commerce Park Distribution Center, two last-mile small bay industrial parks strategically positioned within Tampa's highly desirable East Tampa submarket.
