United States, Nov. 12 -- Dow announced the expansion of its existing Military Degree Equivalency (MDE) program for veterans with relevant military experience of E5 ranking or greater (expanded from E6) as equivalent to a bachelor's degree for U.S. job postings. Dow will also continue to acknowledge PO2/Sgt enlisted ranking equivalence for Canadian job postings. The E5 ranking translates to six to 12 years of experience and has generally equivalent responsibilities across all branches of the military.
