Spain, May 8 -- Skretting, a global leader in aquaculture feed manufacturing and supply, has been awarded certification by DNV under the new ASC Feed Standard. The certification was formally awarded during a ceremony at Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona.The new ASC Feed Standard provides a comprehensive framework for responsible aquafeed production, setting stringent requirements across key areas including social and labour rights, health and safety, environmental stewardship, and responsible sourcing of raw materials. From October 31 this year, ASC-certified farms must use ASC-certified feed to maintain their certification.
