United States, Dec. 23 -- Derco, Lockheed Martin Co., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has been awarded a maximum $209,155,768 firm-fixed-price and firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, requirements contract for C-130 weapon system supplies. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1. This is a five-year base contract with one five-year option period. The performance completion date is Dec. 31, 2030. Using military services are Air Force, Navy and other federal agencies.
