Davis Memorial Goodwill Industries awarded $19,644,897 contract for base custodial services

United States, March 3 -- Davis Memorial Goodwill Industries, Washington, D.C., was awarded a $19,644,897 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for base custodial services. This contract provides for all base custodial services with a base year and four option year periods. Work will be performed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C., and is expected to be completed Feb. 28, 2030. This contract was a sole source acquisition. No funds are being obligated at time of award. The 11th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (FA7060-25-D-0001).
