CSCEC signs framework agreement to build COMESA's headquarters building complex in Lusaka
Zambia, Oct. 17 -- At the 24th COMESA (Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa) Heads of State and Govt Summit in Nairobi, CSCEC and COMESA signed a framework agreement for the construction of a headquarters building complex in Lusaka. The signing took place under the witness of Kenyan President William Ruto and other heads of state.The complex will include a new headquarters building, a conference center, and a mixed-use development zone. The headquarters building itself will span approximately 14,000 m² and house offices, exhibition space, meeting rooms, a library, dining, and medical facilities.
