China, Dec. 19 -- The Guohua Investment Shandong HG14 Offshore 1-gigawatt Photovoltaic Project, built by CSCEC and currently the world's first gigawatt-class offshore PV project, has completed all 930 platform installations and is now nearly ready for grid connection across all sub-arrays.The project is located in the eastern waters off Kenli District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, China, with a planned capacity of 1,000 MW. CSCEC constructed 930 photovoltaic platforms.
