India, Nov. 12 -- On November 11, 2025, Sumitomo Corporation reached an agreement with TruAlt Bioenergy Limited (Head Office: Bengaluru, India; MD/CEO: Vijay Murugesh Nirani; hereinafter, "TruAlt"), India's largest ethanol producer, to acquire a portion of the shares in TruAlt Bioenergy's subsidiary, TruAlt Gas Private Limited (Head Office: Bengaluru, India; Representative: MD/CEO: Vijay Murugesh Nirani; hereinafter, "TGPL") and collaborate on this project. Following the acquisition, TGPL plans to change its name to TruAlt Sumi Gas Private Limited (hereinafter, "TSGPL").
