United States, Aug. 28 -- CarverBeth LCC, Luray, Virginia, is being awarded a $7,658,896 blanket purchase agreement hybrid firm-fixed price and time and materials service agreement for maintenance and operational support of the Consolidated Area Telephone System Network and base telephone systems located at 23 locations throughout the San Diego area, and Southern California in support of Naval Computer and Telecommunication Station San Deigo.
