Japan, March 4 -- Canon Inc. announced today that, in cooperation with Nidec Corporation, headquartered in Kyoto, Japan ("Nidec"), the company has calculated the CO2 emissions of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5840i, office multifunction device (MFD), using, for the first time, Nidec's CO2 emissions data for a specific part in the Canon product.
