United States, Sept. 26 -- Bollinger Shipyards Lockport LLC, Lockport, Louisiana is awarded a $9,496,103 not-to-exceed undefinitized contract action for advance procurement of long lead time material and associated engineering and design activities in support of one Medium Landing Ship Block One. Work will be performed in Lafayette, Indiana (40%); Griffin, Georgia (19%); Hameln, Germany (18%); Pascagoula, Mississippi (17%); and Houma, Louisiana (6%). Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2027.
