United States, Nov. 19 -- BL Harbert International LLC, Birmingham, Alabama, was awarded a $45,768,635 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of an Army Reserve Center, and associated facilities. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $45,998,151. Work will be performed in Birmingham, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of March 8, 2028. Fiscal 2024 military construction, Army Reserve funds in the amount of $45,768,635 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is the contracting activity (W912QR-26-C-0002).
