Denmark, Dec. 12 -- BIMCO has adopted two new contractual clauses for use in ship sale and purchase agreements to address compliance risks linked to environmental regulation.The international shipping association said the FuelEU Maritime Clause and the Emission Trading System (ETS) Clause are intended for inclusion in Memoranda of Agreement and were approved by BIMCO's Documentary Committee on 11 December 2025.
