Parkas - subsidiary project of Baltic Sea Properties AS (BALT) - has entered into a long-term lease agreement with UAB Krasta Auto (part of Inchcape Group) for a 2,475 sqm A++ commercial building in Klaip?da. The 10-year lease agreement, based on triple-net principles, marks the second stage of the 16,000 sqm business and retail park, Liep? Parkas. The property will be certified under the BREEAM sustainability rating scheme and designed to incorporate renewable energy production.
