United States, May 1 -- BAE Systems Ordnance Systems Inc., Radford, Virginia, was awarded a $51,581,652 modification (P00003) to contract W519TC-23-F-0255 for the repair and replacement of equipment, facilities and critical assets damaged and/or destroyed at Radford Army Ammunition Plant during the September 2024 Hurricane Helene flood event. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2026. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity.
