United States, Jan. 29 -- Atmospheric Environmental Research Inc., a subsidiary of JANUS Research Group LLC, has been awarded a $9,119,149 cost-plus fixed-fee contract for geospace environment technologies and science. This contract provides for research to better understand and quantify the impact of the space environment on Department of War and national security systems. Work will be performed at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, and is expected to be complete by April 29, 2029. This contract is in response to a Broad Agency Announcement Call with multiple white papers received.
