France, Oct. 2 -- France based ARPEGE ARCHITECTURE has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Architectural, Construction, Engineering and Inspection Services - Contests of Little Labor (Application phase) for the construction of a municipal technical center (CTM) in the town of Pontet.
