United States, Sept. 25 -- Applied Research Associates Inc., Albuquerque, New Mexico, was awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development in advanced manufacturing of energetics. The amount of this action is $9,804,320. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 25, 2028.
