Latvia, April 22 -- Latvia based Akciju sabiedriba "UPB" has secured contract from Valsts aizsardzibas militaro objektu un iepirkumu centrs for Architectural, Construction, Engineering and Inspection Services - Development of Territorial Development Meta and Seven Construction Development and Author Supervision in Sece Parish, Aizkraukle County, in exceptional circumstances. The value of the contract is worth 186165000 EUR.
