ADB President Meets New Philippine Finance Secretary, Reaffirms Support
Philippines, Nov. 25 -- Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masato Kanda met today with newly appointed Philippine Finance Secretary Frederick D. Go at the ADB headquarters to reaffirm the bank's strong partnership with the government and discuss ADB's support as the country chairs the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in 2026. Mr. Kanda highlighted ADB's expanding support for private sector development, including an upcoming $400 million program to promote a modern, technology-enabled business environment.
