United Kingdom, Dec. 3 -- Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masato Kanda joined His Majesty King Charles III and fellow leaders at a high-level roundtable at St. James's Palace to accelerate private capital mobilization for sustainable economic growth in emerging and developing markets.
