Spain, Nov. 28 -- acciona.org, ACCIONA's corporate foundation, has extended its Light at Home rural electrification program to the Atacama region with a project that will initially provide reliable, affordable and clean electricity from photovoltaic systems to 230 families in the municipalities of Caldera and Copiapo.The nonprofit organization is thus expanding its activity to a second region in Chile, where nearly 1,000 homes still lack access to electricity.
