Spain, May 12 -- ACCIONA won two awards at the latest Fundacion Caminos de Madrid Awards.The company won the "Carlos Fernandez Casado" Award for Public Works Heritage for the project to refurbish the Canfranc International Railway Station in Huesca. Jose Diaz-Caneja, ACCIONA's CEO of Infrastructure, accepted the award and highlighted the technical, patrimonial, and management challenges of the project.Additionally, as one of the main companies responsible for constructing the Pajares Bypass on the Madrid-Asturias high-speed railway line, ACCIONA received a diploma during the presentation of the Aqueduct of Segovia and Public Works and Environment Award.
