Spain, July 22 -- ACCIONA Living & Culture has sold to Ardian and Rockfield Real Estate a seven-story building located on the site of the former AEG factory in Terrassa, with student housing. The asset covers about 12,700m², including 358 rooms with space for 369 beds as well as indoor and outdoor common areas totaling more than 2,600m².
