Spain, Dec. 19 -- ACCIONA has resolved to establish a Special Committee for the Evaluation and Strengthening of Regulatory Compliance, reporting to the Board of Directors, with the aim of identifying and, where appropriate, proposing possible improvements to rules, policies and procedures.
