Spain, Dec. 3 -- ACCIONA Energia has closed today the sale of 440MW of wind assets in Spain to independent energy producer Opdenergy -backed by private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners- after meeting the relevant antitrust and foreign investment clearances.The value of the transaction amounts to €530 million.The 440MW transaction comprises 13 wind farms in the provinces of Albacete, Cadiz, Cuenca, Lerida, Valencia and Zamora with an average age of 15 years.
