Kanpur, July 12 -- After the killing of gangster Vikas Dubey in an encounter with the STF on Friday morning, Chaubepur police arrested two persons on Saturday on charges of providing shelter to the accomplices of the slain criminal.
These persons had provided shelter to criminals involved in Bikru ambush on July 2 night in their house.
Identified as Om Prakash Pandey, son of Chhotelal Pandey, and Anil Pandey, son of Chandra Prakash Pandey, both the accused are residents of Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh.
A team of Chaubepur police which visited Gwalior, arrested them on Saturday.
An FIR was also lodged against them with the Chaubepur police.
