DEHRADUN, July 17 -- In a case wherein a three-year-old boy from a school in Dehradun fell off from a school bus in the month of May this year, the father of the child recently informed the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (SCPCR) that the child was removed from the school without any notice or reason being cited.
Taking action on the information the SCPCR chairperson Usha Negi has sent a letter to the chief education officer asking for a detailed report in the case within 15 days.
